Strong Thunderstorms Possible For Bangor Area, Downeast Tuesday
Forecasters are warning of the possibility of strong thunderstorms around the state Tuesday.
The National Weather Service is warning of strong thunderstorms Tuesday. Forecasters say strong to severe thunderstorms are likely south of a Presque Isle to Baxter State Park line. Bangor and Downeast areas could see the strongest of the storms around 2 p.m.
Tuesday's storms may produce strong to damaging winds, heavy rain, hail, and possibly an isolated tornado.
