Police were first made aware that 22-year-old Richard Bock had allegedly held a woman against her will, assaulting her multiple times, at some points with a firearm.

Moffatt says as far as trick-or-treating in Brewer goes, he also wants folks to be aware that Brewer is kind of an old-school city when it comes to the holiday.

Authorities in Brewer say some folks squatting in a building in town were arrested and taken to jail last Thursday.

Brewer Police arrested a man from Rhode Island Monday, after discovering he was traveling in a stolen vehicle.
