Sweets for your sweet. Valentine’s Day is next weekend, and if you are one who likes to do kind things for your special someone, and do good works for the community, Hammond Street Congregational Church is holding a virtual Sweet Treat’s Sale.

Bakers and Candy makers are busy making a variety of sweets. There will be two sizes of gift boxes available for purchase. Filled with home-made candy, cookies, fudge, whoopee pies, cupcakes and brownies. This will make it a Sweet Treat Valentine. Small boxes are priced at $6. Large are $12.

Maybe get two, one for them and one for you.

To place your order call the Hammond Street Congregational Church Monday to Friday between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m. Orders must be placed by Wednesday February 10th.

On the day before Valentine’s Day, Saturday February 13th, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. orders may be picked up at the Church, 28 High Street in Bangor, without getting out of your car. Drive-by sweets. Payment is cash and checks only. Deliveries may be arranged.
