Woman Dies After Being Pinned Between Car, Utility Pole in Etna

A woman was killed after being pinned between a car and a utility pole in Etna on Wednesday.

The woman, who was found private property located on the Curtis Road, was pronounced dead when emergency crews arrived on scene.

The incident, which happened at about 10:22 a.m., is under investigation by the Penobscot County Sheriff's Office.

Police are not releasing the victim's name.
