Animal Abuse in Houlton, Police Ask For Help

We really dislike people who abuse animals.  Here's a Facebook post from the Houlton Police Department.

"The Houlton Police Department is looking for the public's help in identifying a person of interest who may or may not have been responsible for the death of two kittens who were purposely discarded in late January and subsequently froze to death. The woman is described as being heavy set with blonde, pink and green hair. The woman is missing a front tooth and has tattoos on her forearms. The woman may be from Hodgdon. If you would like to remain anonymous, please call our hotline at 694-3545".
