Caleb is a senior at Ellsworth High School in need of a liver transplant due to complications from Cystic Fibrosis.  On Saturday, June 25th, you can help out with his medical expenses by dining out!
Four Ellsworth restaurants will donate 10% of sales to the Children's Organ Transplant Association (COTA) in honor of 17 year-old Caleb Gibson, who is in need of a life-saving liver transplant, according to doctors at Boston Children's Hospital.

Dine Out For A Cause will take place between 5 and 9 p.m. at Pat's Pizza on the Bar Harbor Road, Jordan's Snack Bar on Route 1, Helen's Restaurant on Downeast Highway and at Governor's on High Street.

According to the Children's Organ Transplant Association's website, COTA "is a national charity dedicated to organizing and guiding communities in raising funds for transplant-related expenses."  You'll also find a picture of Caleb there too.  Organizers are hoping to collect $50,000 to help out with the expenses of his liver transplant.
