I hate that this stupid person took up some of my time this morning.  However, I figure I should let you know I checked it out with Facebook (Because it sounded too good to be true and you know what the say about that) and they say there is no FB Lottery.

Here is the conversation from this morning: I got a friend request and assumed the person was a listener so I accepted the request.  Moments later this came up.
