The free Ellsworth Waterfront Concert Series continues this Friday night with Phil Kell (and Friends)!

Local musicians call Phil Kell “The Maestro!”

“Who hasn't Phil Kell played with (and what can't he play) ?” is a question that fans may never answer. And who needs to when Kell brings to the stage his expertise on multiple instruments (including, but not limited to, guitar, piano, mandolin as well as his beloved bass) and multiple styles of music? When he (and friends) come to the stage, the audience can be assured they're in for a good time from a musician with an enthusiasm for live playing that is only matched by his expertise. As the man himself says “I always wanted to be a performer in rural Maine!”

The concert starts at 6 at Harbor Park right off Water Street!!  Bring your friends and your lawn chairs, then get ready to shake your groove thing!
