Are we happy yet?

A new survey indicates that the happiest years of our lives come at age 23 and age 69. Those two years of our lives are when we reach the pinnacle of satisfaction with our lives according to the study, from the London School of Economics.

More than 23,000 people ranging in age from 17 to 85 participated in the study. It found that there is a happiness cycle.

After our early twenties, happiness declines all the way into our middle fifties. Then it rises steadily through our sixties, and falls again when we reach 75.

The turning point is age 55. That's when things start getting better

So, in another year, I should be ecstatic!
