Hi!  I’m Phoebe!  I’m a beautiful, 1 year old black and orange tortie, with silky long hair.  I have ulcer scar on my eye, but I can still see.  I’m a little shy at first, so please go slow and talk to me.  My “Purrrfect” home would be a quiet house, with older people.  I like sunny windowsills, and soft toys.  Do you have a lap for me?
