Since the announcement last year that Renys would be opening up a Bangor location on Springer Drive, in the old Christmas Tree Shop storefront, folks have been on standby, waiting to find out when they will officially be able to go on their own "Maine Adventure" at the facility.

Crews have been working, since the beginning of the year, to renovate the space. They're down to the final finishing touches of bringing in shelves and stocking them. But everyone's wondered when they'll be able to finally go in to explore and shop!

Well, the wait is over. Let the countdown begin!

According to Reny's Facebook Page, the Bangor store will open in about 2 weeks! The doors will officially open to the public on Thursday, April 4th!

"Our regular hours will be Mon-Sat 9 am to 8 pm, and Sunday 9 am to 6 pm. However, it's important to note that on the opening day, April 4th, we'll be open from 10 am to 8 pm."

The Bangor store will mark the 18th store in the state for Renys, which also has shops in Bath, Belfast, Bridgton, Camden, Damariscotta, Dexter, Ellsworth, Farmington, Gardiner, Madison, Pittsfield, Portland, Saco, Topsham, Wells and Windham.
