Three Bodies Found in Alton Identified by Police

Police are investigating the deaths of three people in the town of Alton.

A woman and two men were discovered dead inside a home on the Alton Tannery Road last night after a woman went to the home.

Police have identified the victims as 43-year-old Scott Reed and his wife, 39-year-old Danielle Folsom Reed. Also found in the Reeds’ home was the body of Daniel Young, a friend of Scott Reed.

Investigators say a woman who visited the home found the body of one man and called 9-1-1. Police found the others. At this point, police are not speculating about what might have happened.

Investigators spent much of the night gathering evidence and talking with people who knew the victims.

Autopsies are expected to be completed today.

Cindy Campbell contributed to this report.
