Why I Am Going To Stop Bitching About Winter

Last winter was hard, cold and long and I must admit I have complained about it on numerous occasions and generally have no trouble finding someone to sing along...until today.

I found this video on-line and was reminded of being a teenager and traveling through a section of Ohio that has multiple tornadoes, I think it was 6, in like a 48 hour period. It looked like a war zone.  Building with fronts and roofs removed and carnage everywhere.

I have never been through one but my dad was from Iowa and I have heard they are one of the scariest things you can experience.

So thank goodness I live in Maine...a little pricey when the weather takes a turn but people are seldom killed or properties completely destroyed.  Here's my story, "I like it here" and I'm sticking to it.
