Bangor’s Food Truck Festival Kicks Off the Spring Season!

Let's face it—this winter has been a drag! But don’t worry, because spring is here and so is food truck season in Maine.

Food trucks have been around since the 1930s, but they gained widespread popularity in recent decades, especially after the 2008 recession.

During the warmer months, you can find a multitude of food trucks roaming the streets of Bangor and throughout Maine.

Personally, I dream of hosting a reality show where I travel the country sampling the best food trucks in every state. Unfortunately, Netflix hasn’t returned my calls yet.

The Furniture Gallery, located at 614 Broadway in Bangor, will host a Food Truck Season Kickoff Event on Saturday, April 18th, from 10am to 4pm.
