The steel beams and elevator shaft went in this past January, and this month, it was revealed that the walls are finally up, and there's an end in site to this massive overhaul.

The Bangor City Council voted Monday night to allow the City to lease part of the Penquis Building at 262 Harlow Street, right down the hill from where City Hall is now.
