Benefit Dinner, Concert, And Auction This Sunday For The Emmaus Shelter In Ellsworth [INFO]

This Sunday afternoon enjoy some great music, food and fun, all the while supporting the Emmaus Homeless Shelter in Ellsworth!

It's the 10^th Annual Spring Fest Concert and Auction, this Sunday the 19th,  from 12:30 p.m. – 3:30 p.m at the Ellsworth Elementary/Middle School.

Enjoy a delicious Irish buffet style meal, featuring baked ham, colcannon, roasted parsnips and vegetables, salad, bread and vegetarian cottage pie!  For dessert there's apple cake and Morton Moo's ice cream!

Entertainment  will be provided by the Celtic Maritime duo, Castlebay.

There will also be a live and silent auction featuring over 100 items, great stuff like 4-one day passes into Disney World, 2 tickets to a Waterfront concert of your choice, the services of a professional style coach, a dental cleaning complete with exam and x-rays, and many gift certificates to local restaurants, food, original art, lodging, wellness, services, fun activities and much more!   Dennis Damon and Matt Murphy will be the guest auctioneers.

Tickets are available for $30 each or 2 for $50.  You can also purchase a table of 6 for $125.  Tickets are available at the shelter or by calling 667-3962.

Proceeds will support the Emmaus Homeless Shelter which opened in 1992, providing a safe haven for over 350 people each year.  The Shelter assists another 20,000 people annually with its programs to provide food, clothing, backpacks and school supplies, and more.
