It's March Bandness and tonight we're pitting The Who against U2, In tonight’s mystery matchup one band has a won more Grammys than any other band in history while the other was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 1990 where their display describes them as "prime contenders, in the minds of many, for the title of World's Greatest Rock Band" Guesses?

Let’s start with our Grammy champs, that would be U2 who formed the band back in 1976 and since then have won 22 Grammys more and any other band in history and have sold almost 150 million albums. And Rolling Stone ranked them at number 22 in its list of the "100 Greatest Artists of All Time" Making the description as "prime contenders, in the minds of many, for the title of World's Greatest Rock Band" The Who.  The Who is also credited with originating the ‘Rock Opera’ and developing large PA systems and the use of synthesizers.  Who will take the day and go on to the March Bandness round two?
