Tonight's mystery was born in the Netherlands to a classical trained musician. His dad was such a fan he named his son after Beethoven. Any guess who his son might be??

Born January 26, 1955, in Nijmegen, Netherlands, Edward Lodewijk Van Halen is the son of Dutch father, Jan Van Halen, a clarinetist, saxophonist, and pianist. Eddie’s middle name, "Lodewijk," is after composer Ludwig van Beethoven, "Lodewijk" being the Dutch equivalent of "Ludwig." Being named for the famous composer didn’t seem to bother Eddie and he continued this tradition by naming his son Wolfgang Van Halen after composer Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart. In February 1962, the Van Halen family moved to the United States, settling in Pasadena, California.

Here he is with one of his more famous guitar solos with his Roy Orbison cover song complete with a bad 80's flashback.
