Tonight’s mystery artists when interview by Rolling Stone last year described themselves as strange because they have kept all the same members, they don’t use tapes or synthesizers and they don't have back up dancers. Who do you think our old school rockers might be??

It was in February of 2015 after a triumphant summer tour season that Steven Tyler and Joe Perry sat down with the Rolling Stone. During that interview Steven Tyler proclaimed, "We're a strange band, we're still the same members. No tapes, no synthesized drums onstage. I don't have six dancers with hot-ass booties and titties sticking out. We're true to our Aerosmith-ness." At the time Aerosmith was approaching their 45th anniversary of their first show back in Nov. 1970.

Steven Tyler went on to say that the proof can be found in Aerosmith Rocks Donington 2014, a roughly 90-minute concert movie filmed June 2014 at the Download Festival at Donington Park in Leicestershire, England. With the help of camera-loaded drones that flew around the band, the movie — which shows them plowing through "Walk This Way," "Love in an Elevator," "Dream On" and the rest of their standard repertoire —The movie was shown at 300 movie theaters across the country.
