The call center in Orono run by NexxLinx of Maine is looking to hire up to four hundred new workers, at least temporarily.  They just scored a new Federal Emergency Management Agency contract, and these new workers will help out people affected by Hurricane Sandy who are looking for information on federal disaster assistance and other relief programs offered by the feds.

The jobs will be immediate, full time and last anywhere from two to twelve weeks, or however long FEMA needs the services of NexxLinx of Maine.  For more information on the jobs and how to apply go HERE.

According to Craig Mento, CEO of NexxLinx, ""Our ability to hire talented people in Orono has been terrific. "Here's an opportunity to help people that are truly in need.  We anticipate that the good people of Maine will help support this effort".
