This Saturday is “Open Lighthouse Day”!

Maybe you've seen them far off in the distance and always have wondered "what is that out there"?  Well this Saturday is your chance to be adventurous and find out!    It's the Fourth Annual Open Lighthouse Day put on the the U.S. Coast Guard, the State of Maine and the American Lighthouse Foundation.

This is a great opportunity to gather up the family and see the inside peices of our martime history and learn what life was like for the people who kept the lights burning!  There will be guided tours of some of the lighthouses this Saturday.
