Thomas Hill Standpipe Open Today

Perfect day to take in the sights!

No matter the season the view atop the Thomas Hill standpipe is beautiful! The Bangor Water District welcomes you to scale the 100 step standpipe for a holiday themed tour. The standpipe opens every quarter, however this is the first time it has opened to the public during the holidays.

Bangor Water District officials thought opening the standpipe today would be a nice addition to holiday festivities in the area. Santa will great spectators today as it's open from 2-5PM.
