Nice to know after all these years Alice can still make new friends.  In fact he has formed a new all star band called the Hollywood Vampires with Joe Perry and Johnny Depp. According to Alice, the Hollywood Vampires album is an all-star project he  co-organized as a tribute to various now-dead rock stars who he used to drink with in Los Angeles early in his career.

CNC report, the new  hard-rock supergroup featuring Alice Cooper, Aerosmith’s Joe Perry and actor Johnny Depp, will not only be performing at their first US Rock Fest in Cadott, Wisconsin this year. The festival is scheduled for July 14-16.  But also, their first album is set to drop this Friday 2/12/16

Hollywood Vampires have revealed official details about the deluxe digital version of their 2015 self-titled debut album that will be released on Friday, February 12. The expanded collection will feature three bonus tracks — covers of The Who’s “I’m a Boy” and Love’s “7 and 7 Is,” and the original song “Bad as I Am,” which was co-written by The deluxe version includes the scorching new single “Bad As I Am” an original song penned by Depp, Cooper guitarist Tommy Henriksen and Johnny’s longtime collaborator Bruce Witkin. The record is made up mostly of classic cover tunes and features contributions from a jaw-dropping lineup of musicians that, in addition to Cooper, Perry and Depp, include Paul McCartney, AC/DC’s Brian Johnson, Joe Walsh, Slash, The Doors’ Robby Krieger, Dave Grohl and Perry Farrell.

Hollywood Vampires will make their TV debut at the 58th annual Grammy Awards ceremony, which airs February 15 on CBS. The band will feature a lineup that includes Cooper, Perry, Depp, Henriksen, Witkin and Guns N’ Roses alums Duff McKagan and Matt Sorum, and reportedly will pay tribute to late Motorhead frontman Lemmy Kilmister.
