Bangor High School Science Team Heads to Washington D.C.

Five students from Bangor High school are heading to Washington D.C. in April to compete in the National Science Bowl competition.

The team will take on 120 other middle school and high school teams from all over the United States. The coach of Bangor's science team Carry James told The Bangor Daily News, "The team went undefeated right straight through the competition and just ran the field."

The principal at Bangor High said, "It’s an outstanding achievement by our kids." He also added that they placed 3rd in the competition last year.
