Where Is the House Located?

I pass this house on Dow Road every day on my way home from work and I love the set-up. The house itself is well-kept and looks very spacious, from the outside. But then there's this cute tiny home in the backyard with a wooden walkway leading to it. I could never figure it out. Why is that house in the backyard? Then I saw the listing on realtor.com that explained it all to me.

The tiny house is currently a rental listed on Airbnb, but it could also be used as an in-law apartment or even a yearly rental. As for the walkway, the current owners have had a variety of animals, including dwarf goats, mini donkeys, a mini horse, a goose, and several chickens, so the elevated path probably saves a lot of sneakers. (if you know what I mean) It's currently renting on Airbnb for $113 a night, so it would be a great income source for the right buyer. Plus, it's adorable on the inside and offers a farm-like experience for the renters.

As for the main house, it's even prettier on the inside than I imagined it would be. For anyone who loves natural wood, this house is perfect. The kitchen's all new and there are a couple of finished rooms in the basement that could be extra bedrooms or whatever you want them to be. Listed on realtor.com by James Fletcher with Berkshire Hathaway Home Services Northeast Real Estate for $335,000, it includes a 1.45-acre lot in a country setting.
