Beech-Nut Nutrition Recalls Baby Food
A recall was announced Tuesday after small pieces of glass were found in some containers.
Beech-Nut Nutrition is recalling over 1,800 lbs of 4 oz. glass jars containing "Stage 2 Beech-Nut Classics sweet potato and chicken" after small pieces of glass were found and caused an oral injury.
The product to look for has the establishment number "P-68A" inside the USDA mark of inspection. The expiration on the product is "Dec 2016" and includes products numbers "12395750821-12395750821" which were shipped nationwide.
