Shannon Moss, with the Maine Department of Public Safety, says 40-year-old Jacob Hisock was arrested at his home in Livermore Falls and charged with Sexual Abuse of a Minor and Possession of Sexually Explicit Material.
"The charges stem from a month-long investigation involving the Maine State Police Computer Crimes Unit, Sabattus Police Department, Oxford County Sheriff’s Office, and the Maine Warden’s Service. Hiscock was transported to the Androscoggin County Jail."
