The President's son will speak in both Holden and Bangor today.

Route 1A in Holden will be much busier today than usual as Donald Trump Jr. is in town to campaign for both his father and former State Representative Dale Crafts, a 2nd Congressional candidate from Lisbon who is running against current U.S. Representative Jared Golden.

Donald Trump Jr. will headline an event today, Wednesday, September 23rd, at Maine Military Supply beginning at 6 p.m.  Traffic is expected to be heavy in the area of 179 Main Road/Route 1A so please be careful there.  Traffic will be parked in various business owned parking lots in the area and also eventually on the side of the road.  The gates to the event open at 5 p.m. but people who plan on attending should be there much earlier than that.

Following his appearance at Maine Military Supply in Holden, the President's son and Crafts will then attend a big fundraising event at Sea Dog Brewing in Bangor.  Tickets to that event have been selling at $100 a piece.

As you know, President Donald J. Trump paid a visit to Bangor and Guilford back in June of this year, when he held a fisherman's forum at Bangor International Airport and then visited the Puritan Medical Supplies facility.  Back then the President said that he planned on "winning Maine" in the election and called Maine Governor Janet Mills a dictator for not opening the state soon enough during the current COVID-19 pandemic.
