Heavy rains and strong winds will move over the coastal areas and inland beginning later tomorrow.

Hey, at least it's not snow, and if you love the surf, then you may be in luck.

The National Weather Service has issued a Hazardous Weather Outlook for Coastal DownEast Maine, Interior DownEast Maine and Penobscot Valley Maine.  Heavy rainfall will move into those areas late on Wednesday, and winds could gust as high at 45 mph after midnight and into Thursday morning. Winds offshore could go as high as 58 mph.
