Burger Kings In Bangor, Ellsworth, Orono & Rockland To Close

Local area Burger Kings owned by Steve Wegner will close permanently following regular business hours today, Monday, December 28th. Burger Kings on the Hogan Road in Bangor, on High Street in Ellsworth, on Stillwater Avenue in Orono, and on Camden Street in Rockland will be closing.

A representative of the Ellsworth Burger King confirmed the closing of the four area fast food restaurants when called this past Sunday morning.

According to the Bangor Daily News, Wegner previously closed three Aroostook County Burger Kings on February 1st of this year in Houlton, Presque Isle and Caribou.

He had also closed a Burger King in Calais back in 2015
