Food, Fun & Fireworks! Check Out “Carmel Days” This Weekend
There's nothing quite like a fun-filled fall day of adventures, activities, food and fireworks. And this weekend, it just so happens all of those things are on the agenda in Carmel!
According to the Carmel Days Parade and Festival Facebook Page, there's a ton planned for young and for old, all weekend long!

The celebration kicks off Friday evening at the Community Rec. Center with a big bonfire.
Then Saturday morning at 11, folks can watch a parade make its way through the village. The theme this year is "hunting & fishing."
There are a number of events set to take place at the Recreation Complex. There will be professional chain saw demonstrations, face painting, games, a petting zoo and climbing wall, live music, a bungee trampoline, and bubble balls.
There will also be a bunch to munch on should you get hungry.
There will be doughboys, chicken tenders, and ribbon fries at the Carmel Snowmobile club. At the Lodge, you can get burgers and sausages. The Simpson Memorial Library will have homemade pies. There will also be tacos, cotton candy, baked good, and pizza available at different spots throughout the town.
