For The Lack Of Cows Bored San Franciscans Turn to Tipping Smart Cars

Mooo-ve over Bessy pranksters have a new target. We have a few of these around town so don't get any  bright ideas.  I like Smart cars, the look like big roller skates to me. I looked into getting one once and was surprised that for all the room you give up the gas mileage wasn't that much better than some much roomier cars.  Still they are cute.
