Fun Autumn Gold Events This Weekend In Ellsworth

Fun events, great food, and a lot of stuff on sale throughout the city!

It's Autumn Gold this Friday, Saturday and Sunday, the 27th through the 29th, and once again the schedule is totally packed!

To begin with, just about every business within the city of Ellsworth will be holding a big sale.  Look for the Go for the Gold bags and you may win some really cool prizes.

Some of the bigger events this weekend include the Rotary Pancake Breakfast at the Elementary/Middle School, Saturday morning between 7 and 10:30.  The Roger WIlley 5K & 10K Road Race kicks off at 8 a.m, and the 35th Annual Car Show will be happening at the Home Depot parking lot this Saturday as well.  Saturday will also see fun stuff along with craft fairs at both the Mill Mall and the Maine Coast Mall, and the Chowder Fest takes with free boat rides down the Union River at Harbor Park off Water Street.

A free shuttle bus will run between all events, picking up passengers at RF Jordan on Water Street, Harbor Park, Home Depot, City Hall and both the Mill Mall and Maine Coast Mall.
