‘Girls Gone Wild’ Founder Found Guilty

What did he do?

Joe Francis is the founder of the now bankrupt 'Girls Gone Wild' franchise, he's also possibly going to jail for being a dirt ball.

The case stems from a 2011 incident where Joe picked up three women from a Hollywood club and brought them back to his house under false pretenses. He then wouldn't let them leave.

Court documents say that he grabbed 'one of the women by the throat and hair and slammed her head against the tile floor four times.' After he let them leave but not before he told them not to call the police. The women of course did.

He will be sentenced today for the charges of:

• Three counts of false imprisonment.
• One count of assault with great bodily injury.
• One count of dissuading a witness from reporting.

He faces up to five years in prison.
