Here Are America’s Favorite Dog Breeds for 2020 and Vote for Maine’s Favorite Breed!

The American Kennel Club has released their list of America's favorite dog breeds for 2020, ranked from #195 to #1. The list was created by statistics drawn from the American Kennel Club's registration information and compiled to show what dog breeds America really appreciates.  Some breeds on the list are quite expected (labradors, shepherds), others maybe not so much.

Here is your top five dog breeds, America:

1. Labrador Retriever
2. French Bulldogs
3. German Shepherds
4. Golden Retrievers
5. Bulldogs

The bottom five on the list included:

#195. Norwegian Lundehunds

#194. English Foxhounds

#193. Azawakhs

#192. American Foxhounds

#191. Cesky Terriers

According to The American Kennel Club, Labrador Retrievers have topped this favorite breed list for 30 years and this breed continues to reign supreme in the heart and homes of America, according to the stats for 2020.
