Here’s Where To Eat Lunch Wednesdays In Ellsworth

Oh man, belly up to the Beef Wellington!

The student-run Brookside Restaurant at the Hancock County Technical Center is serving up some good eatings to the public each Wednesday between 12 noon and 1:30.

These are our future chefs and they're taught well, so you know the food has got to be excellent!

Start your meal off with a cup of Zuppa toscana soup, and then move along to the entrees, which include Beef Wellington, chicken tenders and pecan crusted haddock.  The students stock a full salad bar and there's fried apple pie a la mode for dessert.  As a matter of fact, all during the month of March, the Brookside Restaurant is offering up a free dessert with the purchase of a meal.
