Two Drivers in the Kenduskeag Crash Were Summonsed

The first vehicle in the crash was being driven by Barroso-Perez and the vehicle he hit was driven by McCue. Occupants of all three vehicles refused medical treatment. Both drivers were summonsed at the scene for Driving to Endanger.
