
Local Business to Treat Maine Tournament Teams to Free Pizza Parties
Hoops, cheers, and… pizza? Maine tournament teams, your pizza party is coming!
The Northern Maine high school basketball tournaments are the place to be for some serious hoops action. Teams from all over the region hit the court, showing off their skills and competing for bragging rights.
The time is almost here for fans to pack the Cross Insurance Center, bringing energy, cheers, and school spirit, making every game feel intense and exciting.
The 2026 1st Annual "Full Court Feast is something new from the Sports Arena in Bangor. They have hooked up with Pressure Threads to announce a partnership to support student athletes competing in the upcoming tournament games.

As part of the collaboration, the two local businesses will provide a free pizza party to any teams participating in the tournament, helping players refuel during one of the biggest weeks in Maine high school sports.
The offer is open to boys' and girls' teams traveling to Bangor for tournament play, with the goal of easing the cost and stress for schools, coaches, and families while showing support for the student-athletes who make the tournament a statewide tradition.
This makes even more sense when you factor in the long distances that some of the teams travel across the state, just to get to Bangor.
The Full Court Feast will take place from February 7th to February 27th! Teams interested in scheduling their party can simply fill out a request form on the Sports Arena website
