L.L Bean Sold This Many Boots Per Hour On Black Friday

Wow, everyone must be getting a pair of these for Christmas!

The iconic L.L.Bean signature duck boots are selling like mad this season!  According to an Associated Press story, the company sold 40 pairs per minute on Black Friday alone!  The boots average about $135 per pair.  Wrap 'em up!

So far this holiday shopping season, single-day orders topped 315,000 on Tuesday, December 4th, the day after Cyber Monday.

According to Zippia.com, L.L. Bean is the #3 biggest company in Maine, right behind Maine Health and UNUM.  L.L. Bean has an outlet store on Stillwater Avenue in Bangor, and another on High Street in Ellsworth.  The company's flagship store is in Freeport.
