There's a new most expensive apartment that's currently up for rent in Bangor, and we think that it's worth an online visit.

As you know by now, we just love highlighting luxurious places to live in the area, and a new apartment has just hit the rental market that has us a little excited.

It's a 3-4 bedroom, 1 bath, 1,700 square foot apartment at 117 Grove Street in Bangor, right around the corner from Chapin Park in a really nice neighborhood.  It was just listed 3 days ago on Zillow.com by Kyle Mullins of K&A Properties, and his phone # is 207-255-7836.

What's interesting is that the monthly rent for this place is $2,000, which now makes it the "most expensive apartment" currently available within Bangor, as the price for
the most expensive apartment that we featured about a month ago at 22 State Street has dropped by $100, to $1,995 per month.

The monthly price for this large, two-story apartment with beautiful wooden floors includes the heat and hot water, snow removal, lawn care, and comes with a dishwasher. There's also a washer/dryer hookup.

The apartment looks clean and comfortable, and almost brand new.  With its open and airy big rooms and windows that let the sunshine in, it should suit anyone or family with good taste. There looks to be plenty of storage within the apartment, and outside there is off-road parking.  The neighborhood has sidewalks throughout, a market right up the road, and both Broadway and Chapin Park nearby.
