Looks Like Maine May Be Ready For It’s First Woman Governor
Just this Sunday a poll of about 2200 Mainers showed that some of us might be getting ready to vote in Maine’s first woman Governor.
The poll was revealed on Sunday from the BDN showing that the Democrats are leaning to current Attorney General Janet Mills while Republicans are favoring Shawn Moody owner of Moody’s Collision Centers, boasting 11 locations.
And that is not the only first we are proposing. In June we will be the first State to use Ranked Choice Voting, also known as instant runoff voting, to choose nominees for statewide offices.
Your opportunity to be a part of this historic day will be coming June 12th of this year so be sure to get out and vote.
