Maine Brewer Makes List of ‘Craft Breweries Poised to Blow up in 2016′

This brewer is certainly kicking of 2016 with a bang.

Thrillist named Portland's Bissell Brothers Brewing among it's collection of breweries set to do big things in 2016. They're certainly off to a good start. Owners Peter and Noah Bissell announced the brewery will relocate to Thompson’s Point this year. The new location will increase the brewery's production capacity and tap room size.

Thrillist said Bissell  was 'one of [their] favorite new breweries in the US.' They go on to say 'Demand for [their beer] has spread to Connecticut, Rhode Island, Massachusetts, and beyond, and at this rate, the Bissells will have taken over the world by 2020. It’s a world we’d love to live in.' AGREED!

Bissell Brothers Brewing was deeply involved with the first ever Bangor Beer Week. Their beer was featured in many tap takeovers around the area.
