Maine Has More Forest Coverage Than Any Other State

This is an interesting graphic from the Forest School. Given all the benefits of having trees and wildlife habitat you can see why Maine is desirable in so many ways. So Who comes in next? According to this Maine's 89% is followed by our sister state NH with 77.% followed by VT with 75.7. Really sets New England apart. I think we can also see why the paper and pulp industry has been the building blocks of our history.
