See ChatGPT Hilariously Roast Maine's People, Places, and Things

It's always pretty fun to make fun of where you live...

As a drummer, I've grown pretty accustomed to drummer jokes. What's interesting about them is that, more often than not, you could substitute another name, or even a place, for drummer. For instance, how do you get a drummer off the porch? You pay for the pizza! Now, just substitute the word Mainer, and it still works...

Myself, I'm more of an off-the-cuff humorist. I tend to come up with things on the fly. I don't usually premeditate my comedy, haha. On the other hand, you could ask AI to help you come up with some solid, yet humorous, insults. Actually, you have to word it very carefully, because ChatGPT can be pretty judgy.

Essentially, I asked ChatGPT to 'roast' the people, places, and things of Maine.

I expected some pretty vanilla answers, but was quite surprised at how witty they were. Granted, AI works by basically scanning the internet at a billion MPH and collating the results. But some of the insults it came up with were savage. Not overly mean, because like I said, ChatGPT will almost just shut you down.

So why not kick back for a few minutes and check some of these out? I do know people that could easily come up with stuff that's just as scathing, but the fact that this isn't even human words, is just hilarious. It's just some computer algorithm, designed to do what it's told. But yeah, it's only a matter of time before life is just like The Terminator.
