What are you doing on Monday, April 7th? Want to play hooky and drive to Newry to set a World Record? Do you think your boss will accept a note that says, "I can't come to work today, as I am trying to help JÄgermeister at Sunday River"?

While it's likely not going to be an "excusable absence", it does sound like it's going to be a wild time!

The folks at Sunday River put the call out on their social media recently, looking for people over the age of 21, who would be willing to take a shot of JÄger from a shot ski, with a ton of other people.

"Be part of history and join us and JÄgermeister as we go for the World's Largest Shot Ski on April 7."

According to their website, American Freestyle Skier and Olympic Gold Medalist Jonny Moseley will host the event, along with internet personality and self-proclaimed "Maine's Finest Athlete" Donny Pelletier.

"Join us for a fun day with JÄgermeister and Sunday River in setting the Official Record for the World's Largest aprÈs Shot Ski End your day at aprÈs. Free Parking, Shuttle Buses to the Igloo provided and discounted lift tickets and lodging are available with Sunday River Resort. Must be 21+ with a valid ID to attend."

The attempted record-setting shot-ski will take place between 11 AM and 1:30 PM at the Igloo at the Sunday River Resort 15 S Ridge Rd in Newry.

Want in? You can sign up here to be a part of history...or at least what will likely be quite the experience!

If you're unfamiliar with Donny Pelletier's work, here's a little sample of what you can expect.
