MaineDOT Webcams Provide Travelers Up To The Minute Weather Conditions
With the National Weather Service calling for anywhere from 6 to 12 inches of snow, we thought it would be interesting to check out some of the webcams set up by the Maine Department of Transportation, and keep a watchful eye on the progress of the storm!
Check them out! They stretch from the Maine Turnpike in Portland all the way to end of Interstate 95 in Houlton! There's even one WAY off the beaten path on the Dickey Bridge by the St. John River in the Allagash.
These webcams come in handy all year long, as folks can check out the weather conditions before departing on a road trip!
Something that's equally cool, is that NOAA has collected most of the webcam locations in the entire state on one page! Want to see what's going on in Bar Harbor, Eastport or Sebec? Those up to the minute photos are just one click away!
