Maine’s Best Place To Work List Commends A Well Known Business Few Knew Is Located In Maine

I do need to start though by congratulation Bangor Savings Bank coming in the top 5 at number 4 in the Maine employers with over 250 employees. My shocker was who came in at number 3.

Drumroll please...Publishers Clearing House. When I think Publishers Clearing House, I think Ed McMahon, the prize patrol and people crying holding big checks and balloons...not Portland, Maine.

So I did a little digging and found out I wasn't completely wrong the headquarters is in Jericho, NY.  The Publishers Clearing House located at 66 Pearl Street in Portland comprises I am gathering from their webpage the sales arm of the business.  So if you ever wondered who finds all the gizmos and gadgets that come to you in the Publishers Clearing House packet you get several times a year. They are right here in our great state and rumor has it they work in a great place.
