Pot is big business! Here are the ten biggest ranked by how many Maine employees each business has.

8. Mystique of Maine - 25 employees - Auburn / Portland
I love their tagline of 'Stop in and say high.' Hysterical. They've been around since 2018 and they know there's a lot of competition, so they stick to their core values of honesty, respect, compassion, and most importantly a love for the cannabis plant.
6. (tie) Meow Jane LLC - 30 employees - Portland
I love this. Meowy Jane is run by a husband and wife team. Joe is a classic nerd who got into gardening and Noelle, well...she's a super fan of cats. Plus, they love their cannabis. This is what they say on their website,
Our philosophy is simple: cats are awesome, cannabis is awesome, be kind, always.
Adorable.

Beat that!
3. (tie) Seaweed Co. - 45 employees - South Portland / Portland

2. Wellness Connection of Maine - 80 employees - Portland
They have 4 locations in Portland, South Portland, Gardiner, and Brewer. I love that they are called budtenders. Most of the marijuana they sell they also grow in their state-of-the-art indoor garden, their CO2 extraction laboratory, or their licensed kitchen.
