Northern Light Maine Coast Hospital Announces First Baby Born In 2019

Northern Light Maine Coast Hospital is delighted to announce the community’s first baby of the year.

Barrett Joseph Plant, son of Brad and Amber Plant of Ellsworth, was the first baby born at Maine Coast Hospital in 2019. Barrett was born at 8:50 am on January 2, 2019, weighing 8 pounds 0.6 ounces.

The hospital honored the baby and his parents with a basket filled with treats and Bar Harbor Bank & Trust, Stone Soup, and Z Photography kindly dropped off some gifts as well.
