NWS: Spring Storm To Bring Rain/Snow Mixture To Bangor

Precipitation will begin around 4 a.m. Friday, so the morning commute may be a little slow.

The National Weather Service is calling for a mixture of rain and snow for the Bangor and Downeast areas, along with winds gusting as high as  30 mph.

Rain could be heavy at times, especially throughout the day on Friday.  During Friday night and early Saturday, rain will mix with snow.  Snow may accumulate up to two inches in the Bangor area and about an inch Downeast.  Temperatures early Friday morning  and Friday night may dip as low as 32 degrees, while the high temps both Friday and Saturday will be anywhere from 39 to 44 degrees.
